Emails are automatically and immediately sent for all purchases, cancellations, schedule changes and billing issues. Check your Junk Mail / SPAM folder if you did not receive an email upon purchase or when ticketed.

Is my booking confirmed? Yes. Purchases are made entirely online. You will see your confirmation number listed on the last page of your purchase. An email is sent at the time of purchase. (check your email).

99.5% of bookings are confirmed without problems.

When will my credit card be charged for the purchase? Within 2-24 hours of your purchase. Ticketing will occur immediately thereafter. .

Unconfirmed booking? Our site will mention at the time of attempted purchase if a booking cannot be confirmed. You will then be contacted by an agent or you can try again. You will also be notified via email 'your booking cannot be confirmed..'.

How do I know my booking has been ticketed? You will be notified via email. Just for peace of mind, you may also call the airline to see if your booking has been ticketed.

Changes? Either before or after departure, speak with the closest airline reservations office to make a change or reply to your original confirmation email.

Schedule changes: please call the airline 72 hours before departure.

Cancellations? Bookings are non-refundable due to the restrictions and deep discount pricing we offer. We recommend changing to another date in the future. 

I forgot to take my trip / No-Show? This is a 'No-show'. Unfortunately no change or refunds can be made due to the rules imposed on us by the airlines. 

How long for my tickets?
Tickets are processed in 2-4 hours on weekdays.

Are they electronic tickets?
Most tickets are electronic. If they are paper, you will receive them via mail.

What about my meal, seat, frequent flyer number? Enter this at the time of purchase. If you've already made a purchase, please call the airline. They will ask you for your confirmation number and/or last name and can enter this information for you.
